Leilani

Founder & Director

This business was created from a deep belief that mothers, children, and families deserve to feel genuinely supported, held, and cared for - especially while navigating the complexities of disability and everyday life.

With years of experience working in the NDIS space as a support worker, I have witnessed both the beauty and the challenges that many families experience behind closed doors. I understand that meaningful support goes beyond completing tasks - it is about building trust, creating safety, reducing overwhelm, and helping families feel more resourced in daily life.

I believe in a world where care is relational, community matters, and families are not left carrying everything alone.

My values are deeply rooted in compassion, sustainability, earth care, and supporting the wellbeing of the whole family system. I understand that when a family feels supported, everyone has a greater opportunity to thrive.

This business was born from a desire to offer a more genuine, heart-centred approach to disability support and to connect with participants and families who value kindness, initiative, emotional attunement, and meaningful care.

Alongside my work in the NDIS, I also support women and mothers through my work in women’s wellbeing - offering birth support, womb massage, and educational workshops that centre nurturing, empowerment, and holistic care through life’s transitions.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief that all people deserve to feel seen, supported, and cared for in ways that truly make life feel lighter.

Martha

Support Worker

Outside of work, I find a lot of joy in the simple pleasures of life. I love dressmaking and sewing, there is something really satisfying & fulfilling about creating something with your hands. Music and dancing are a big part of my life too, and you’ll often find me in the kitchen cooking up something delicious. I have a real love for the outdoors, whether that’s tending to my garden, heading to the beach, or exploring scenic hikes.
Most of all, I treasure quality time with my family, and my very beloved puppy!

My interests are always evolving, and right now I am particularly drawn to holistic health and what it means to live a truly balanced and healthy lifestyle. I am passionate about learning how to share these practices with others and having a positive influence on the people around me. It is something that feels very aligned with why I came to support work: a genuine belief that wellbeing looks different for everyone, and that small, meaningful changes can make a real difference.

Gunjan

Support Worker

I am a dedicated and compassionate support worker with experience working across aged care, disability support, and in-home care settings. I have provided care to a diverse group of individuals with varying physical, emotional, and complex needs, always ensuring dignity, respect, and person-centred support.

I am a good listener and a very understanding individual. I consider myself spiritually grounded, and I naturally offer emotional support and calming presence to people who may be going through difficult phases in their lives. I often take a gentle, healing-based approach—encouraging individuals to grow, feel heard, and find comfort in everyday moments.

I enjoy building meaningful connections with my clients. I love spending time outdoors, such as visiting cafés, going for scenic drives, or simply enjoying the rain with a warm meal—creating peaceful and happy experiences together.

When working with children, I actively engage them in storytelling, reading books, dancing, and creative activities like writing about their day. I focus on helping them express themselves and find happiness in small things while keeping them engaged and supported.

My goal is to provide high-quality, person-centred care that not only meets physical needs but also supports emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
